Organic Mixed Greens - Generation Farm

A lettuce based blend that reflects the rhythm of the seasons. Composed of many specialty and heirloom lettuce varieties, including butter, oakleaf and batavian varieties, frilly mustards and tender mizuna. Spring brings the addition of baby spinach, while fall incorporates the heartiness of asian greens. Amaranths and peashoots also make an appearance from time to time.
