3. Products and Availability

3.1 Our goal is to provide the highest quality produce and farm-fresh products. The customer understands that since our farmers do not use pesticides or herbicides, fruits and vegetables may not look "perfect."
3.2 All products listed on our Site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
3.3 Product descriptions and images are provided for informational purposes only. We do our best to ensure accuracy, but slight variations may occur.

4. Orders and Payment

4.1 By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.
4.2 We accept payments through Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and online payment platforms. Payment must be received before orders are processed.
4.3 We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.
4.4 If you fail to pick up your order, you are still obligated to pay for the items you ordered.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 We deliver within the listed areas close to the farm. Estimated delivery times are provided but are not guaranteed.
5.2 Shipping and delivery costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise.
5.3 We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.
6.2 If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours for a resolution.
6.3 We will inspect and pack all orders prior to distribution. In the event that a product gets damaged during packing, we will remove the item from the invoice or provide a store credit to the customer.
6.4 Refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion.

7. Glass Bottle Return Policy

7.1 Milk bottles purchased through our site are subject to a fee as specified during the product purchase.
7.2 Please return these completely clean to receive your deposit back.

8. Subscriptions

8.1 If you subscribe to any recurring service, you agree to automatic billing unless canceled before the renewal date.
8.2 Subscription modifications or cancellations must be made at least 5 days prior to renewal.

9. User Accounts

9.1 You may be required to create an account to access certain features.
9.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
9.3 We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Prices and Payment Policy

10.1 The Company reserves the right to revise its prices at any time prior to accepting an Order.
10.2 Payment cards are subject to validation checks and authorization by Your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, We will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of Your Order.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Site or products.
11.2 Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

12. Governing Law

12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of New Hampshire, United States.
12.2 Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Hampshire.
