Jalapeno Hot Sauce

Our Jalapeño Hot Sauce is pure, green, and packed with the zesty flavor of farm-grown jalapeño peppers. 

Lacto-fermented to enhance its natural tang, this sauce delivers a bright, vibrant heat that's perfectly balanced with a hint of lime and a touch of cumin. 

Green Goddess Dressing:

• 1 cup Brookford Farm Greek Yogurt
• ½ cup raw cashews, soaked in water for 24 hours
• 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
• ½ tbsp cumin
• 1 tbsp Brookford Farm Jalapeño Hot Sauce
• 1 cup packed fresh herbs (basil, cilantro, dill, parsley, or your favorite greens)

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

Thin with water to reach your desired consistency.

Adjust seasonings and add more hot sauce if you like extra heat.

Use this Green Goddess Dressing in a cabbage slaw or spoon it over salmon.
