Creamed honey is the creme de la creme of honey. With a super smooth texture that is soft set, you can scoop it or spread it with ease.  Our creamed honey brings out the already wonderful flavor of our raw honey and adds a new dimension on your palate as the fine crystal structure dissolves in your mouth.

What is creamed honey? It is honey, nothing added or taken away. It’s all about the process in controlling crystallization. Allowing for very fine crystals to develop in the natural process in honey crystallizing.

The nectar sources that make up a majority of the honey crop are basswood (linden), white clover, Dutch clover, honeysuckle, locust, sumac, goldenrod, Japanese knotweed and asters.
