This open pollinated yellow flint corn was grown organically.  Here at Maine Grains, we grind our cornmeal coarse on an Austrian traditional stone mill.  Delicious in cornbread, muffins, pancakes, waffles, hush puppies and to coat fried seafood!

Maine Grains mission is to cultivate and deliver exceptional organic stone ground grains, which are locally grown and sourced. Through a unique stone-milling process, they are able to preserve nutritional content and improve the performance of their flour for natural fermentation baking. Maine Grains Cornmeal is processed in a facility that also processes wheat products and is not certified gluten-free.
