A traditional German-style liver sausage made from Brookford Farm’s pasture-raised pork. This liverwurst is a blend of ground pork, pork liver, bacon ends, and onions, seasoned with cinnamon, marjoram, and a custom blend of Schmierwurst liver sausage spices. Naturally nitrate-free and uncured, we use only clean ingredients like organic cane sugar, sea salt, and celery juice for a rich, savory taste that’s perfect as a spread or paired with fresh bread and pickles.
