Beautifully floral, local raw honey.
All honey is unheated, raw and filtered by letting gravity settle out any large wax particles and particulates. This helps to retain all the natural enzymes, aroma, and flavor profile of the honey. Being that the honey is raw, crystallization will take place and is a natural process. To bring the honey back to a liquid state simply place the container in a water bath at 80 – 90 degrees until liquid.
The nectar sources that make up a majority of the honey crop are basswood (linden), white clover, Dutch clover, honeysuckle, locust, sumac, goldenrod, Japanese knotweed and asters.
