Our Garlic & Dill Quark is a twist on classic tzatziki. Crafted with fresh dill and garlic, this spread is the perfect complement to grilled meats, fresh vegetables, or as a base for your favorite Mediterranean-inspired dishes. This Garlic & Dill Quark will be a bit thicker than your average tzatziki sauce, but can be easily thinned with olive oil or water. 

Quark, German for "curds," is a fresh cheese known for its mild flavor and soft, spreadable texture. Made from our 100% grass-fed A2 milk.
