Mi Tierra Corn Tortillas

Mi Tierra Tortillas’ Tortillaria, located in Springfield, MA was the first authentic tortilla bakery in New England that creates tortillas from 100% Organic local corn, ground limestone, and water. The corn is produced using ancient nixtamal methods to form a maiz masa, or corn dough which is shaped into tortillas & baked.

The 12 pack contains 12 packages of 12 tortillas each. 144 single tortillas total. Feed a big crowd, or they can be frozen and stored for later use.

How to keep your tortillas fresh: Put one weeks supply in the fridge and freeze the rest. Defrost frozen tortillas slowly, either on counter top or even better, in fridge. Packs of 12 are great to share with friends, split as neighbors, donate to those in need or send as gifts to loved ones of all ages. 6 packs don’t take up as much freezer space and are still a great deal.
