Our Brie is mild, creamy, and enveloped in a delicate bloomy rind. Made with our grass-fed raw A2 cream, it is exceptionally rich, aged to silky perfection. For a stunning, wholesome appetizer, bake it at 350℉ with local honey and pistachios and serve with a crusty baguette.
