This order yields approximately 47-50 lbs of beef, including a variety of cuts—steaks, roasts, ground beef, and more. It requires about 3 cubic feet of freezer space, making it perfect for families who want to save time and money while enjoying high-quality, farm-fresh beef year-round.

Pricing Information 

When you purchase an eighth cow sampler from us we charge approx. $19/lb.

You pay $907.25 in total and receive about 47 lbs of meat back in cuts. 

Typical Breakdown of Cuts

• 4 lb assortment of ribeye steaks & New York strip steaks (1”thick & 1/pck)
• 16 lb assortment of chuck roast/steaks, london broil, eye round roast, sirloin steak, brisket* (3-4 lb each)
• 8 lb assortment of hamburger patties & stew meat
• 20 lbs of ground beef
• 2 lbs of bones (mixed)

*If you would like us to include a 5-7 lb brisket in your sampler, make a note in checkout comments.
