Our 1/4 Pig Sampler is the perfect way to stock your freezer with a variety of pasture-raised pork cuts, all vacuum-sealed and frozen for freshness. This package provides a flavorful assortment of pork, ideal for family meals or everyday cooking. The sampler includes approximately:

• 4 lbs of pork chops
• 4 lbs of bacon
• 10 lbs of ground pork
• 7 lbs of assorted roasts and ribs
• 4 lbs of hocks
• 5 lbs of sausage

The sampler requires about 2 cubic feet of freezer space.
