Why should I sign up for a CSA share? To reserve the best that we have and ensure a hefty weekly dose of nutritious, local, sustainably produced food for you and your loved ones!
Do I have to pay a deposit on glass? The cost of the glass jars and bottles are not included in the dairy share. The bottles do need to be returned.
When do I receive my meats? The pork, beef, lamb and chicken are distributed every 4 weeks. The dates are determined depending on the season.
What is in the meat share? The meats are pre-bagged for all the distribution locations. We usually give a good variety of different cuts in the share. For example, in the pork share you can find bacon, sausage, ribs, ground pork, chops, etc. and in the beef you can expect some ground beef, stew meats, steaks, etc.

Spring: So many things! Including but not limited to: carrots, parsnips, beets, salad mix, kale, pac choi, hakuri turnips, lettuce, radish, spinach, arugula, broccoli raab, dill, cilantro, and scallions.
Summer: lettuce, kale, zucchini, summer squash, spinach, tomatoes, peppers, onions, radishes, carrots, beets, melon, parsley, cilantro, celery, dill, beans, broccoli, cauliflower, eggplant, swiss chard, leeks, sweet corn, cucumbers, potatoes, and more.
Fall/Winter: kale, squash, potatoes, greens, onions, broccoli, cauliflower, parsnips, carrots, beets, garlic, and so many more.
What if I miss a week picking up my share? If you cannot pick up your share for some reason, we ask that you find a friend or family member to pick up your share for you. If you are unable to find someone to pick up your share, please let us know ahead of time, and we will try to work something out for you. You may be able to pick up your share at another location, or we may double your share the following week.

How can I cancel? You can submit a cancellation request in your member account, those need to be submitted the Friday before your pickup, 1 week in advance.
