Our Products

We currently offer a variety of products produced at our farm including dairy, meat and vegetables.

All dairy products come from our cows raised on certified organic pasture. Most of our cows are Jerseys who produce rich, creamy milk. All of our cows are lovingly raised by us, and all have names. We consider them members of our family.

All meat and eggs come from animals which were raised on pasture where they consume their natural diet and express natural behaviors. These animals have happy lives and aren't subjected to the stress of confinement.

Our animals never recieve antibiotics, growth hormones, or other human input. They only receive the food mother nature intended, respect, and lots of love.

Vegetables are grown without the use of synthetic fertilizers, pesticides or herbicides.

All about Quark

"Quark," German for "curd," is a soft, fresh cheese similiar to cottage cheese or cream cheese. The texture is like a dry sour cream. It has a mild, fresh taste and isn't too tangy. It's common in central and Eastern Europe (Germany, Austria, Poland, Czech Republic, etc).

It's delicious with fresh fruit, chopped nuts and honey. It can also be used to make cheese cake or for dips in place of sour cream. Try it on a bagel instead of cream cheese. For more information, visit the Wikipedia page on Quark.
