At Brookford Farm, we grow a great variety of winter-hardy vegetables. This time of year, we have a beautiful variety of root vegetables such as potatoes, carrots, beets, radishes, celeriac, rutabagas, and turnips. Aromatic vegetables like onions, leeks, and garlic are also in great supply. If you’re a market customer, you may not see the entire range of our produce, since we reserve our greatest selection of foods for our CSA.
